Our 7-day return and exchange policy starts from the date of order delivery.

To qualify, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the fragrance remaining.

We ensure fast processing, handling all return and exchange requests within 3-5 working days.

Please note that delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all delivery costs for the return or exchange.
